Previously, Charles has held officer and executive leadership roles in the Fortune 50.

Marcus is a revenue-driving practitioner with experience that ranges from Fortune 100 companies to startups. He is passionate about bringing emerging best practices to companies to unleash their growth and performance potential. Prior to joining Jenaicia Partners, Marcus has been both an enterprise level executive and serial entrepreneur.

Mason specializes in helping clients solve demanding sales and marketing challenges through aligning functional strategies within an organization. He provides thought leadership to his clients -  advising them on how to build inside sales teams, develop compensation programs, share best practices on social selling, transform sales organizations, drive demand generation programs and acquire and cultivate talent. 

Hannah Aikens
Partner - Human Capital Management

Hannah counsels executives and provides advice on leadership practices, governance, Future of Work, HR and Workforce transformation. She is an active mentor and advisor to leaders at Jenaicia Partners and her clients.

Edward Garcia
SME - Mergers & Aquisitions

Edward helps clients develop and mobilize key revenue growth initiatives. He delivers analytical rigor, effective communication, and a bias towards action to all client engagements. Edward applies a hands-on approach to project management and implementation. He has experience in M&A, technology, and product lifecycle management.

Technology Practice Lead

With a decade’s experience in complex software implementations, Issac provides deep technology domain expertise to Jenaicia.  Issac counsels internally and with clients on aligning ambitious business objectives with the ideal tech to drive that trajectory.  His scope entails big data, cloud migration strategies, hardware/infrastructure, EHR, ERP, CRM and other SaaS solutions.

Ben is an experienced consultant and senior leader who brings an array of knowledge from successfully implementing profitable change while in industry and as a consultant for his clients. Prior to joining Jenaicia, Ben worked as a profit consultant partnering with private equity portfolio companies to identify areas of opportunity.  Additionally, he spent 9 years in industry in a variety of marketing and analytics roles within Fortune 1000 companies.
